In this episode, Michael and Steve take a little detour and talk about fitness and workout routines before getting into social media. We talk about some of the use cases of various social media platforms and discuss about how much to share to the public and how much do we keep private and what is the intention behind it.

This is still a relatively new landscape that we're all learning to navigate through and so Michael and Steve address some of the challenges that come with having a healthy dialogue when communicating our ideals, facts, and beliefs on social media and they come up with some insights as they process this together.
